NORMALYN COULOMBE
Nurse Practitioner
Normalyn is a Nurse Practitioner at Oak Medical Arts, providing patient-centred primary care with a focus on accessibility, continuity, and compassionate support. They work collaboratively with our pharmacists, nurses and allied health professionals to support patients across a wide range of health needs, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute concerns.




CARRIE MIRANDA-FLETCHER
Nurse Practitioner
Carrie is an enthusiastic Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about helping, and caring for the diverse population of Northwestern Ontario. At an early age, she was very curious about human behaviour, development and neuroscience. In 2010, Carrie obtained an undergraduate science degree in Psychology, which paved the way for her future academic and career pursuits. In 2012, she graduated from the Bachelor of Science Nursing Program, and worked as a Registered Nurse in the local community for 8 years. In 2020, Carrie graduated with her Master of Public Health and a Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner certificate from Lakehead University. Since then, she has utilized her experience to ensure that she practices with a holistic approach, providing a compassionate and inclusive healthcare model.
In her spare time, she enjoys her five cats, outdoor adventures, and most importantly, riding her ATV. She is at her happiest when she is camping, and absolutely adores anything that involves water activities and sports.
Carries is thrilled to be joining the Oak Medical Arts team, and aspires to ensure successful and healthy outcomes for all her patients.
