A custom orthotic is a device that is designed to align the foot and ankle into the most anatomically efficient position to correct your foot imbalances. Custom orthotics can reduce stress and strain in your body by realigning your feet. Our Chiropractors can assess you and prescribe custom orthotics to help correct any imbalances noted in your body or feet!

Adjustment Aligment
An adjustment from our chiropractors is a procedure in which they use their hands to apply a controlled, sudden force to a spinal joint with the goal of spinal manipulation to improve your spinal motion and improve your function.

Accident or Injury
Our chiropractor will assess, diagnose and work with you to develop a rehabilitation plan to meet your needs. If you have injuries outside of your chiropractor’s spine, muscle, joint and nervous system expertise, they’ll refer you to other health care professionals within Oak and collaborate with them to support your overall recovery.

Acupuncture

JUSTIN STACHOWICH
Chiropractor
Dr.Stachowich was born and raised in Thunder Bay, ON where he graduated from Hammarskjold High School, and received his Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology from Lakehead University. Justin went on to further his education and received his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Parker University in Dallas, Texas graduating in 2014!

Chiropractor
Tesni is passionate about getting people to feel their best! She supports individuals with both acute and chronic injuries and focuses on future injury prevention. She strives to create a safe, comfortable road to recovery for patients. Tesni received her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and her Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology and Bachelor of Psychology from Lakehead University.
