Our Sports Medicine Clinic practice is busy, and has interest and demand for massage services, so even a new practitioner could gain a full client load very quickly! We also offer flexible compensation options for RMTs, including an hourly rate or percentage split, depending on what the individual is looking for.
Requirements
Massage Practitioner Role
Provide massage practitioner programming and services
Take a detailed client history and note any health conditions
Evaluate clients to determine painful or stressed areas of the body
Advise clients on stretching, strengthening or relaxation methods
Suggest future massage appointments and regime to clients
Listen to clients during appointments and adjust technique as they desire
Participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintains confidentiality of client and corporate information
Qualifications
Valid certification as a Registered Massage Therapist
Strong customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction
Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction
Ability to assess client needs and tailor treatments accordingly
Knowledge of various massage techniques and their benefits
